Certain User Information and Usage Data that we collect is necessary to provide you with FreightClaims.com (for example, if you provide us with User Information to sign up for a log in to FreightClaims.com. Other Terms
If you are an “Authorized User” of FreightClaims.com (meaning that you have login credentials to FreightClaims.com), this Privacy Notice is subject to your or your employer’s Master Subscription Agreement with us, or if you are an external Authorized User, our External End User Agreement, available at [LINK TO EEUA]. If you are not an “Authorized User”, our Website Terms of Use, also apply to your use of our unauthenticated websites, pages and domains. The EEUA, Website Terms of Use, or your Master Subscription Agreement, as applicable will control over any conflicting terms in this Privacy Notice.
